This policy explains how Lifestyle Remodeling LLC d/b/a Blackhawk Decks ("we") handles information you give us on this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote: your name, phone number, email (if given), ZIP code, project details, any photos you upload, and whether you agreed to calls and texts. We also record the time, the page you used, your IP address, and your browser type to prevent spam and keep a record of your consent. To learn which ads and searches bring us customers, we record the first page you visited on this site and the site that sent you there.

Deck visualizer

If you use our deck visualizer, you upload a photo of the back of your house and give an email address and phone number for updates. Automated tools, including AI models run by our service providers, analyze the photo to build your 3D preview. We use your photo, contact details, and deck choices to send you the preview and, if you ask for a quote, to contact you about your project. Photos uploaded without starting a preview are deleted within two days.

How we use it

To contact you about your project, prepare a quote, and run our business. We use basic analytics to see which pages and buttons people use.

Calls and text messages

We call or text using automated tools only if you checked the consent box. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run this site and handle leads (hosting, email, database, analytics), only as needed for those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and your consent record for 5 years after we last contact you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, except for the consent record we must keep to show you agreed to calls or texts.
